Paws for the Arts - Vendor and Sponsor Registration
The River's Edge Arts Alliance seeks local pet service providers and professionals, crafters, artists, and nonprofits to exhibit as vendors at our Paws for the Arts fundraiser on May 18, 2019. This event will run from 10am-1pm. *Note that in case of inclement weather, this event will be rescheduled to June 1, 2019
Jumping for joy!: $300 (includes pre- and in-event advertizing, logo placement on event t-shirts, and a complimentary vendor table, if requested)
Wagging the tail!: $25 (includes in-event advertizing via yard sign along walk route)
Vendor registration fee: $30
Nonprofit rate: $15
Vendors are provided with a 10'x10' space and are responsible for providing their own tables and tents. If using a tent, each leg must be weighed down.
Vendors are required to provide one donated item for the fundraiser raffle.
Space assignments will be pre-assigned and non-negotiable.
There will be no access to electricity or water.
Vendors selling pre-packaged food items must hold a commercial kitchen license and be registered with the Town of Hudson Board of Health.
Vendors are encouraged to promote this event within their own networks.
Vendors set up will begin at 8am. All participating vendors must be set up by 9:30am and remain there until the end of the event at 1pm.
