Winter Market Vendor Registration
Waiver Statement:

By registering for this event, vendors agree to be photographed or videotaped for internal and external purposes, including marketing on social media and the web. Vendors agree not to hold the River's Edge Arts Alliance or First United Methodist Church of Hudson responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products or materials. Vendors will be vetted for suitability, and those not chosen will be refunded their registration fees; this is the only case in which refunds will be provided. Vendors are required to provide one donated item for silent auction. Access to electricity is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Vendors selling pre-packaged food items must hold a commercial kitchen license and be registered with the Town of Hudson Board of Health. Vendors are encouraged to promote this event within their own networks. Vendors set up will begin at 11am. All participating vendors must be set up by 12:30pm and remain there until the end of the event at 5pm.
